AI Horizons Platform Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Horizons website, courses, and interactive tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Educational Nature of Services
AI Horizons is an educational platform designed to help you learn and master artificial intelligence tools and techniques.
No Professional Advice
The content provided, including financial, coding, or legal use cases for AI, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific guidance.
Rapidly Changing Technology
You acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. Materials valid today may become obsolete quickly. While we strive to keep content updated, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or currentness of the materials.
3. AI Interactive Elements & Disclaimers
Our Service includes interactive AI sandboxes and tools that allow you to experiment with artificial intelligence in a controlled environment.
Accuracy of AI Output
You understand that Artificial Intelligence models can hallucinate (invent facts), produce biased content, or generate code that may contain errors. AI Horizons is not responsible for any reliance you place on outputs generated by AI tools on our platform.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI generated content before using it in real world applications. Always exercise critical thinking and professional judgment when applying AI outputs.
4. Sidekick Screen Sharing Feature
AI Horizons offers a feature called Sidekick, which enables real time screen sharing to enhance your learning experience and provide personalized assistance.
Screen Recording Consent
By using the Sidekick feature and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you expressly consent to the recording of your screen during active Sidekick sessions. This screen recording capability is essential to providing you with interactive guidance and support.
Data Collection
When you activate Sidekick, we may collect visual information displayed on your screen, interaction data including clicks, navigation patterns, and workflow sequences, as well as contextual information to improve our AI assistance capabilities. This data helps us provide better recommendations and enhance your learning experience.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that no sensitive, confidential, or personal information is visible on your screen during Sidekick sessions unless you intend for it to be captured. We recommend closing any applications or documents containing private information before initiating a Sidekick session.
Important Notice
By clicking any button or link that activates Sidekick, you acknowledge and agree that your screen will be recorded and information will be collected in accordance with these terms. If you do not consent to screen recording and data collection, please do not use the Sidekick feature.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use AI Horizons responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Use our interactive tools to generate hate speech, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes violence or illegal acts.
Attempt to "jailbreak" or perform prompt injection attacks on our interactive AI elements.
Use the knowledge gained to create malware, deepfakes intended to deceive, or for other malicious purposes.
Share your account credentials with others, as account sharing is prohibited under these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All course videos, text, code snippets, and branding are the property of AI Horizons and are protected by copyright laws. You may not redistribute, resell, or extract our content without express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you input and the specific outputs you generate within your private workspace, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) if applicable.
7. Payment and Refunds
Subscriptions
This is a monthly subscription service. There are three subscription levels available: Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert. Each tier provides access to different courses and features designed to match your learning goals.
Refunds
We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you have completed less than 20% of the course content within this period, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a refund request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Horizons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Third Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third party AI providers such as OpenAI API and other services. Your use of these features is also subject to the Terms of Service of those providers. We are not responsible for downtime or changes in service caused by these third party providers.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
